A Buffalo guy pleaded no longer in charge Thursday to fees that he slashed a homeless guy within the face Nov. 16 on the Niagara Falls Metro Bus station.
Andre L. Ingram, 33, who reportedly used to be residing within the Falls on the time, used to be indicted on fees of first-degree attack, third-degree legal ownership of a weapon and false personation.
Assistant District Legal professional David DeChellis requested Niagara County Pass judgement on Caroline A. Wojtaszek to reserve Ingram to provide a DNA pattern. The prosecutor stated surveillance video confirmed Ingram allegedly preserving a knife and “a razor blade-type merchandise.”
Assistant Public Defender Damon DeCastro objected, and the DNA factor can be argued March 22. DeCastro stated that as a result of his earlier conviction, Ingram’s DNA already is within the state DNA database.
Wojtaszek ordered Ingram held in lieu of $10,000 bail as a result of a prior violent legal conviction and a document of failing to turn up for courtroom or report back to probation officials.
